Cruelty (Repeatable)

The Fallen Hand train wolves and zards to do what they want using very cruel methods. If you knock the wolves out you can remove their collars and free them and maybe they'll GNAW THE FACES OFF THOSE DONKEYHOLES!

Those wolves will never trust people again but at least they are free. They're dangerous and mean now, but that's not their fault and we can always hope that they turn on the hand and RIP THEIR GUTS OUT!

The Bladedog (Repeatable)

Tovus the Bladedog will not be happy about you trying to stop the bandits' raids. He will be waiting for you. He's fast and smart so be on your guard. If you can take him down, the rest of the Outcast Hands will scatter.

You did it! I expect some of the Outcast Hands will stay near Barrow Pass but without The Bladedog they are lost. It's nice to see them suffer. I REALLY HATE THEM!

Silent Screams

Record Screams of 5 Flying Eyes
Most of the mutations have been subtle, I doubt many people would notice, but I suspect they have changed more than we can see. For example, I believe that the ultra low frequency that the flying eyeballs use to communicate has changed. Do me a favor and go slaughter 5 of them and record their death screams with this recording crystal then return the recordings to me.

Find & Smash 5 Frogzard Eggs
The Frogzards have mutated too. Now they have the most beautiful eggs that I've seen in all my years studying nature. They make their nests under the bushes in the local area. I want you to go smash 5 of their eggs and bring me the shell fragments to study.

Ah! Lovely! I wish I hadn't put this off so long but it just seemed like a horrible thing to do. I'm glad you're more morally flexible than I am.

The Lizard Brain

Collect 10 Frogzard Brains
I also think that the Frogzards are growing more intelligent! I have a series of tests lined up that will test their cognition and pattern recognition abilities, but that seems like it would be really hard so why don't you just bring me 20 fresh Frogzard brains and I'll look at those.

Take Sneevil Boxes
Of all the mutations, the Sneevils are the most interesting. They have always been obsessed with boxes and containers but recent changes seem to have intensified their obsession. Let's do a research project! Go take 5 of their boxes from their fort and see what happens!

OH! You've really kicked the hornet's nest now! I mean, If you took my stuff I'd be pretty mad too so it's not significant in any way, but still… science.

Get 10 Sneevil Ears
Sneevils hear better now. It's a new mutation but are their powers of perception greater or is it a physical change in the way they gather sound. I could tell for sure if you could bring me 10 Sneevil ears for cross-comparison.

Wow. I thought you would bring me ten Sneevils so I could look at the structure of their ears but I guess just lopping their ears off works too. Very pragmatic …if monstrous… solution to the problem.

Defeat King Sneed
One of the sneevils is much larger than the others. He's taken to calling himself King Sneed. I need to examine his body to figure out why he's so much larger and stronger than his kin. I doubt he'll just give you a tissue sample so you know what to do. He likes to show up on the bridge from time to time to survey his Box Kingdom.

The Brass Ring

Requirements: Must have completed previous quest.

Obtain Sneed's Ring
King Sneed has a taste for expensive jewelry which is very unusual for a Sneevil, but he thinks it makes him look more kingly. I could learn a lot from his taste and how deviates from boxes. Bring me one of his rings and I'll reward you!

Intriguing! Most of his rings seem to be the kind that have secret compartments so they are still boxes of sorts. I'll never figure these guys out.
