I believe you have proven yourself capable enough of seeking out my Ravagers and bringing them back, even if by force. I've sent an agent of the Legion to the town of Battleon. Her name is Mawmy'Tha and she should have the location of the missing Ravagers by now

Hmm, yes you look nice and strong, daring even! Travel to the Island of the Dead in Doomwood and seek out Skullborne, Harbinger of the Illuminated. Destroy him and bring back his skull.
