Path of the Fallen: Whitaker Forest

I was always fascinated by tales of the Fallen Guardian, but I want to know if any of them are true. One traveler said he found a page of the Fallen Guardian's journal in Whitaker Forest. Go there and see what you can find.

Remarkable! So the tales were true. Or at least, the Fallen Guardian was a real person. I'll hang on to his journal chapters but you can come back and read them at any time.

Path of the Fallen: Caves of Unrest

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

If I remember the tales right, the Fallen Guardian went to Doomwood next - to the Caves of Unrest to see if he could help those poor lost souls and spent some time there. You might find more journal pages there…

This is amazing, you're really tracking down the story of a man that many believe never really existed at all. This could change history, hero. The second chapter of his journal is available for you to read.

Path of the Fallen: Lava Run

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

Next, the Fallen Guardian spent a lot of time trying to help the people of Ashfall. I don't think he was very successful but there are tales of him riding stones through tunnels of lava outside Mount Ashfall.

These pages are a little burned around the edges but I can still make out most of the tale. You can read Chapter Three whenever you want.

Path of the Fallen: Gills Grotto

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

Once he had left Ashfall, the next time the Fallen Guardian was sighted it was around the Mysterious Caves off the coast of Lolosia. You might be able to get Capt. Rhubarb to sail you to Gills Grotto if you charter his ship.

Some of these are too water-stained to read but I did my best. Chapter Four is ready for you to read, but it's getting kind of dark.

Path of the Fallen: Roaring Hollow

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

The last place I remember hearing about the Fallen Guardian, he had chased some Defiler bandits into a cave in the Dragon Graveyard called Roaring Hollow. I'm not sure how much time he spent there but it's the best lead I have.

This is it. Chapter Five is ready to read. I can't believe it… Thank you so much for your help, Guardian. If you're in the mood to go treasure hunting, the last chapter mentions where the Fallen Guardian left his armor set.
