Lost Treasure of Atlantis - Aqua Soldier Cape (Repeatable)

Requirements:

• Must be at least Level 36.
• Must have Lost Aqua Soldier Cape in your inventory.
• Must not have Combat Ready Aqua Soldier Cape in your inventory or bank.

If you manage to find our lost armament- which I find unlikely- I can prepare it properly for combat. Won't be an easy task, but I don't believe it is impossible either. With that piece of gear, we can perhaps fully restore it to it's former glory, forging you a legendary armament.Remember, you may find this particular lost armament inside The Locker, where countless battles have been fought by our Elite.

Is that… ?! Is that an Aqua Soldier Cape?! You found it!! Oh, but it is damaged due to time and the sea saltiness. Worry not, Hero, I will be able to restore back into somewhat functional equipment in no time. However I won't be any good further upgrades. Sulfin would be the best for that. Thank you hero, with this example you provided we will be able to restart production of capes for our troops. The Atlantean army thanks you.

If you are able to keep him under control, I can give you a bit of a reward in exhange, nothing particularly crazy, but it may help. Royal Seashell Hunt (Repeatable)

Still short a few on Royal Seashells? I they are rare and scarce, however we can still try to gather a few. I also heard that he ocationally will let lose some extra Seashells, pay attenttion after every fight you may get lucky.
