Turtle Soup has been an ages-old tradition in this village. It can theoretically even have health benefits!
The recipe requires meat from the Kappa in the forest surrounding the village, as well as rare salt mined from deep within the earth.

The stock is probably the most complex part of the recipe, however the time and care taken to prepare it is worth it! I gather ingredients from all over and I often get help form others to prepare the packages. Bring me back the items on this list and we can start simmering!

The Shiro Special, Pt. 2

Requirements: Must have completed the 'The Shiro Special, Pt. 1' quest.

Pi Mae
The first ingredient is the simplest to find. There is a particular reptile found by rivers whose bone marrow yields a sensational flavor. I will need quite a few of their bones to get the stew started.

Ah, yes! There are perfect. Now on to the next ingredient that will bring balance to the flavor.

Now the stew requires a sharp flavor to cut through Kappa tenderloin unctuous properties. The ingredient I have to do just that is the tail of a large turtle with a rather intimidating shell. You must journey to a faraway forest to find such a creature.

Another component of this stew is its earthy, full-bodies flavor. This come is largely due to the mushroom caps used in the stew -- rather gigantic ones, if I may say. These mushrooms tend to grow in a land thought to be the final resting place for dragons.

Master Shiro prefers his food to have some kick to them, so I make sure to elevate its intensity. The heat component of this dish is derived from living magma found at a fiery mountain range. Go there to collect ten globs of this red hot ingredient.
