What a disaster!
In honor of the new year, I've been commissioned to make an exquisite set of Porcelain Tiger Armor, enchanted with the elemental essense of water. It's going to be an absolute masterpiece!
Expect… the shipment of supplies never arrived. It's several days late, and I'm starting to worry. Maybe you could try to find out what happened?
My shipments always come through Greenguard Forest. Maybe someone there has seen something.

That porcelain wasn't the most expensive stuff I was bringing to Saber. She also had a crate full of raw gold nuggets. What kind of animal would want to steal a bunch of gold nuggets? Sigh.

Bad news, friend. There was one final item in Saber's shipment: a bottle of enchanted blue ink, made from pure elemental water. Unfortunately, when my cart overturned, the bottle broke. The ink is gone.
But we can make more! Razorshells have a… bladder, of sorts, that lets them breathe underwater. It's filled with elemental water. If you're careful, you can catch it before it spills out.

Pay close attention, <Hero>. This is the most important part: we need to get this elemental water transformed into rich, blue ink.
The parcel I was delivering to Warlic is filled with spell reagents. If you'll deliver it to him, he should be able to use them to craft this enchanted ink for you.
And then, you'll deliver the ink to Saber, and I'll get paid. Do we have a deal?
