Public Dungeons
 * You can now join public dungeons as a party
 * The party leader must join a public dungeon, then all other party members will get a popup option to join the same instance.

Class Updates
 * We're testing the final round of changes for the starter class updates
 * Please given any feedback you have about gameplay, visuals, sounds, balance, etc!
 * Below are all the changes to each class compared to Live, bolded changes are new since the last PTR update.

Warrior
Goals: Make the class more of a bruiser, and add more decision-making to which spell should get the damage bonus from the passive.
 * War Cry (Passive)
 - Is now a resource, Fury. Every spell grants 25 Fury, at 100 Fury, your next spell activates War Cry
 - War Cry now increases damage of the spell being cast by 50%, up from a flat Power increase of 25
 - To compensate, damage of spells adjusted. Overall, Whirlwind should be a bit weaker than before, and Crushing Blow a bit stronger
 * AA - Uses new combo system that deals more damage each third consecutive hit
 * Sever - Aggro bonus from damage +0% -> +50% +75%
 * Whirlwind - Armor Break amount 15% -> 30%
 * Whirlwind - Armor Break duration 8s -> 4s

Rogue
Goals: Make maintaining Poison stacks a more active process, and boost the damage from Poison to make this more rewarding.
 * AA - Changed to combo system that applies 2 stacks of Poison on third hit.
 - Combo speed increased, and third strike is a guaranteed hit.
 * Poison Strike - Applies 3 -> 2 stacks of Poison (Rank 6: 4 -> 3 stacks)
 * Poison - Power per stack 16 -> 20
 * Poison - Duration 4s -> 5s
 * Scorpion Sting - Power 90 -> 80
 * Heavy Poison - Power per stack 32 -> 35 (Rank 8: 37 -> 40)
 * Heavy Poison - Deals damage over 6 -> 4 seconds

Mage
Mage has been heavily updated to be more active and give choices instead of just casting whatever spell is off cooldown. It uses Channeled spells that apply damage over time but require you to stand still, making positioning and planning important. We also wanted your Mana to matter, while keeping the feel of having an infinite amount.
 * Leylines (Passive) - Increases Haste by 10%
 * Fireball - Cast repeatedly to build Fire Aspect, increasing damage. Every third cast launches a powerful exploding fireball.
 * Ice Spear - Cast repeatedly to regain Mana and build Ice Aspect, increasing Cast Speed. Every third cast launches a conjured lance of ice at your foe, Slowing and dealing Frost damage over time.
 * Lightning Storm - Channel lightning into your target, Stunning with the initial blast.
 * Meteor Volley - Channel to summon devastating meteors to annihilate your target and the surrounding area.

Known Issues
 * There are some issues with Meteor Volley not playing all of its sounds properly

PTRb77 Additional Patch Notes (math related schtuff)

- All interactables, meaning things that move, rotate, or scale, are now completely synchronized with server & all other clients.
- Interactables will now interpolate to the correct transformation if you enter a map late.
- Interpolated collision triggers are now completely synced with server based collision triggers.
- Objects are now able to use interpolated rotation, scale, and position properly to allow for non-snapping behaviours.
- Objects are now able to use current rotation, scale, and position for dynamic interactions - see Trollenstein's saw blades, which move up, left/right, down, right/left (opposite of previous direction)

Noticeable places are Trollenstein's Lab, Fleshette's Nightmare, Battleon Sewers, Son of Braken, ShradeX and many more.

Healer and Support Classes

Healer VFX are almost finished, and several icons have been added! Remaining VFX, icons, and SFX are planned to be finished next week.

Paladin, Moglomancer, and Guardian have some experimental changes in this PTR. These aren't necessarily final, and we're looking for feedback to see if these changes are in the right direction. See the last PTR notes for some of our thoughts on where we want these classes to be. We also took this chance to adjust Mana usage and Area of Effect (AoE) sizes across these classes. In general AoEs are much larger, and you should have more control over Mana usage.

Healer
- Increased window to cast Unleash
- Increase ultimate buff duration from 6 to 8 seconds
- Increased duration of Presence of Mind from 6 to 8 seconds. Increased cooldown from 30 to 35 seconds.

General Fixes and Updates

- Party spell UI now shows spells correctly when changing maps
- Adjusted party member display when member is in a different map or offline

Paladin
We want to push Paladin more into an area damage role with single target support abilities. It should feel like an aggressive off-healer.
- Auto-Attack
    * No longer gains consumes stacks of Ardent Virtue for extra damage

- Radiant Blade
    * Can now consume a stack of Ardent Virtue, removing the Mana cost and dealing damage in an area around the target
    * Slight increase to normal Mana cost
    * Slight reduction to damage

- Sanctify
    * Increased range from 8 to 15
    * Now applies an aura to the target, healing the target and dealing damage to nearby enemies. Overall heal/damage increased

- Holy Shield
    * Increased range from 8 to 15
    * Damage reduction increased from 25% to 35%
    * Increased damage reflected when hit
    * Increased Mana recovered when hit
    * No longer has a maximum number of "hits" before disappearing
    * Duration lowered from 9 to 6s

- Divine Judgement
    * Removed Mana cost

- Holy Bolt
    * Slightly lowered damage
    * Now heals over time. Total healing unchanged.
    * Heal range increased from 10 to 15
Moglomancer
Moglomancer needed a lot of love, and might still need more. We're still considering a number of other options, but would love feedback on how it feels after this round of changes. Moglomancer should be a mix between supporting your teammates and controlling your enemies.
- Zorbak's Bane
    * Increased damage dealt by Auto-Attack
    * Cooldown increased from 6 to 8s
    * Now increases Crit Chance of 5 nearby allies by 35%
    * Buff radius increased from 5 to 20

- Twilly's Blessing
    * Now grants Armor Up to 5 nearby allies on use
    * Heal from Auto-Attack increased from 1% to 3%, limited to 5 allies
    * Buff/Heal radius increase from 5 to 20

- Moglin Punt
    * Removed Mana cost
    * Increased base damage
    * Instead of applying a Burn, now dramatically lowers enemy Haste

- Blizzy's Blizzard Blitz
    * Lowered total Attack Power from 250% to 125%
    * Increased Slow from 50% to 75%
Guardian
We have temporarily granted all players access to Guardian for feedback purposes. While not a Support class, we felt this was a good opportunity to update Guardian to stay in line with our new design philosophies. Overall we want Guardian to be a sustain tank with group utility.
- Guardian Strike
    * No longer costs Mana while at full Guardian Marks
    * Gains damage at rank 6 instead of lower Mana cost

- Dragon's Breath
    * Now only consumes Guardian Marks at max stacks
    * AoE is now longer and slightly wider
    * Slight increase to Mana cost

- Guardian's Hope
    * Now only consumes Guardian Marks at max stacks
    * Base self-heal increased from 5.5% to 10% Heal Power
    * Below max Guardian Marks, no longer heals nearby allies
    * At max Guardian Marks, now creates an aura that heals up to 5 allies for 10% Heal Power over the duration
    * Slight increase to Mana cost

- Guardian Summon
    * Removed Mana cost
    * Armor Up increased from 20% to 30%
    * Armor Up buff radius increased from 10 to 20
    * Armor Up can now affect a maximum of 5 allies

Paladin
We feel really good about the direction Paladin is moving, and feel it just needs some number tweaks at this point. Overall we increased Paladin's healing a bit to compensate for the change to healing over time, and lowered its damage a bit due to its new AoE potential.

- Sanctify
    * Slightly increased healing
    * Slightly lowered damage dealt
- Holy Shield
    * Lowered damage reduction from 35% to 30% (still up from original 25%)
    * Lowered reflect damage slightly (still up from original)
- Holy Bolt
    * Lowered amount of time to receive the full heal from 8 to 6s

Moglomancer
We are still planning some more changes to Moglomancer, but felt comfortable getting this one out today.

- Blizzy's Blizzard Blitz 
    * Now applies a stacking slow. At max stacks, the next hit from this spell will Freeze the target.

Guardian
We also feel good about Guardian being a proper tank, so we made a few changes to help out, as well as trying out another change to Guardian Marks to give more choices about how to spend them.

- Bulwark Passive
    * Increased damage reduction from 10% to 15%
- Guardian Marks
    * Max stack increased from 10 to 15
- Guardian Strike
    * Mana cost removed at 10 Guardian Marks or more
- Dragon's Breath
    * Increased aggro generation bonus from 200% to 300%
    * Now consumes up to 10 Guardian Marks for extra damage
- Guardian's Hope
    * Self heal increased slightly.
    * Now consumes up to 10 Guardian Marks for a secondary heal on 5 nearby allies. Secondary heal increases with the amount of Guardian Marks consumed.

Known Issues: Guardian Hope telegraph is currently getting stuck after cast, and the description is showing incorrect information.
Infusion
Overall we significantly reduced the gold costs for Infusion. For max level items, we also moved the gold cost from Infusion itself to the crafting of Infused Runes. This means that transferring Runes to new items doesn't require repaying the full amount to Infuse.

- Daily Tasks now correctly gives 10 Inert Runes
- Infusing
    * For max level items, gold cost was moved from Infusion to the crafting of Infused Runes and was reduced overall
    * For max level items, updated the number of runes needed per Infusion
    * Gold cost for Infusing non-max level items significantly reduced

- Extracting
    * Gold cost significantly reduced
    * Extraction gives the correct number of runes
    * Extraction no longer requires a relog to see runes received

Infusion and Capstone Update! 

Level Cap has now been raised to 35!  Complete Daily Tasks and gain XP to earn Inert Runes and Sandstorm Capstones.

Find the new Infusion and Capstones Quartermaster in Battleon near Cysero.

General Fixes and Updates

-Capstone XP is now stored separately until Players reach the new Level cap.
-The health of Player summoned monsters will no longer get dynamically scaled in Scaled Dungeons.
-Fixed an issue with scaled Items displaying the wrong Level / Power Level (from Shops, Craft Shops, Quests etc.)
-Fixed an issue with Looting that could Loot the incorrect items.
-Guild Names should now display properly when inspecting other Players
-Fixed an issue where "glove" styled Weapons would cause Player hands to disappear while Fishing or in Dialogues... whoops.

PTRb2 PvP Patch Notes

For now this is available only on PC and Mac. We hope to have an Android build available next week.
This is an early look at PvP. Everything here is still under development! This has been a huge team effort for us and we're really excited to share what we have so far with you. This will be on PTR for at least several weeks as we continue to make updates based on our plans and your feedback. Remember to be kind on and off the fighting grounds. --- GAME MODE ---
 - Our first PvP mode is Capture, and takes place in the area of Battle Falls!
 - Battle Falls is a 5v5 map
 - Player stats are equalized in PvP for all levels and gear
 - Score points over time by capturing and controlling the three main zones, or getting kills. A respawning bonus zone can also be captured for immediate points.
 - First team to 750 points is the winner!

Queues
 - PvP matches will use a new queue system
 - Currently you can talk to Twilly in Battleon to join the PvP queue
 - Once 10 people have entered queue, it will check that everyone is ready, then start the match if everyone says yes
 - You may enter queue as a party or solo
 - We will add UI support for this soon, but for now you can leave the queue with /leaveq

 - In PvP maps, your item slots are replaced by a Travel Form slot, and two PvP Spell slots
 - Items are otherwise disabled during PvP
 - PvP Spells are extra actions available automatically during PvP

    + Refresh - Recover 30% of your Resource
    + Dash - Jump forward a short distance

Protection
 - Protection is a new term to clarify damage reduction from buffs/debuffs

 - The Armor Break debuff (from spells like Rend and Dark Decay) now also affects the target's current Protection, making it effective both against high Armor, and against Protection buffs

PvP Spells
Our goal with PvP Spells is to ensure they have an impact when used, but aren't available to be used in every single fight.
 - All PvP Spells can now be cast off the Global Cooldown (GCD)
 - Recover
    + Cooldown 30 ➔ 60s
 - Dash
    + Cooldown 15 ➔ 30s
 - Block

    + Prevents movement and other actions while Blocking

Warrior
The change to Whirlwind is intended to push Warrior to being more of the bruiser we intend it to be. It is now easier to reach full stacks, and each stack should provide significantly more damage reduction.
 - Sever
    + Width 90 ➔ 120 degrees
 - Whirlwind
    + Max stacks 20 ➔ 12
    + Each stack gives +2% Armor ➔ +2 Protection
    + Now immune to CC for the duration

Rogue
Rogue should be doing more damage, and Toxic Surge should always be a good trade for the Poison stacks it uses.
 - Auto Attack
    + Combo Power 10/10/15% ➔ 15/15/20%
 - Toxic Surge
    + Max Power 150% ➔ 220%

Healer
The time to get Healing Wave off felt unnecessarily long, so we're bringing it down a bit.

Ranger
Ranger is intended to excel at area damage and control, so we're increasing its area effect sizes to help reflect this.
 - Rain of Arrows
    + Radius 4.25 ➔ 5
 - Bloodthorn Trap

 - Arcane Archery
    + Arrow explosion radius 3.5 ➔ 4

Paladin
Paladin was getting a bit too much free damage reduction, so we're taking it down a bit, and buffing the other effects from Holy Shield to compensate.
 - Sanctify
    + Damage radius 5 ➔ 4
    + Fixed infinite range bug
 - Holy Shield
    + Duration 6 ➔ 4.5s
    + Defense 30% ➔ 25%
    + Reflect Power 30% ➔ 40%
    + Mana regen per hit 25 ➔ 30

Dragonslayer
Dragonslayer's Silence was simply too long, and chaining it can shut down targets. We pushed Shatterscale to be specifically better against targets with a lot of damage reduction.
 - Fang Breaker
    + Silence duration 7 ➔ 3.5s
 - Shatterscale
    + Power at 50 Determination 150% ➔ 140%
    + Defense ignore 60% ➔ 80%

Pirate
Our intention here is to make Pirate's damage more consistent, not necessarily lower or higher.
 - Flame Bullet
    + Power 50% ➔ 70%
 - Bullet Storm
    + Power 140% ➔ 130%
 - Flak Shot
    + Power 180% ➔ 150%

We're currently doing some passes to make combat feel better and more exciting. The following class changes are the first round; we intend to make more in the future. These are not strictly intended as buffs or nerfs, even though some may work that way. The main goal is to make the classes feel more powerful or satisfying. We're also targeting anything that has hidden or unclear power, and trying to make it more obvious.

Warrior
Adds a bit of sticking power to Warrior, and should pair well with Whirlwind.
 - Earthbreaker (Ultimate)
    * Now slows all enemies near the target

Rogue
We're speeding up Poison application, and adding a bit of mobility to their ultimate.
 - Auto Attack
    * First two combo hits now also apply Poison
    * Combo cooldown 0.4/0.4/0.8 → 0.65/0.65/1
    * Combo Power 15/15/20 → 10/10/15
 - Venom Dance
    * Now dashes to the target and briefly stuns them
Guardian
Dragon's Breath should be much easier to hit targets with, and Guardian Summon should open up more combo opportunities.
 - Dragon's Breath
    * Width 3.5 → 5
 - Guardian Summon
    * Now grants maximum stacks of Guardian Marks
    * Removed Armor Up

Ranger
We're making the move speed from Focus more noticeable, and moving some of the quiet damage from their Trap to Empowered Shot.
 - Focus
    * At 100 Focus, next Auto Attack grants 30% → 50% Move Speed
 - Empowered Shot
    * Power 110 → 150
 - Bloodthorn Trap
    * Removed Poison

Dragonslayer
This should add some utility to Dragonslayer and make Shatterscale more useful to Empower.
 - Empowered Shatterscale
    * Now a guaranteed Critical Hit
    * Now applies Armor Break instead of ignoring defense

Pirate
We're attempting to reduce some of the randomness of Pirate while providing some strategic options. Since these changes should make it more consistent, we're leveling the damage out to compensate.
 - Fire Bullet
    * Your final bullet always refreshes Bullet Storm's cooldown
 - Bullet Storm
    * Your final bullet always triggers Flak Shot
    * Power 145 → 130
 - Flak Shot
    * Power 180 → 165
 - Feathered Doom
    * Snare is now applied immediately
    * Charge time 0.5 → 0.25s

Moglomancer
It was difficult to see the value of Moglin Reach and Zorbak's Bane, so we're changing them.
 - Moglin Reach → Moglin Zeal (Passive)
    * Now briefly increases Attack Speed after casting a Moglin spell
 - Zorbak's Bane
    * Critical Chance +35% → 100%
    * Duration 4.5 → 3s
 - Moglin Punt
    * Reduced global cooldown after finishing the cast

Oracle Class
The long awaited Oracle class is a dps support class, dealing lots of AOE damage while also supporting the team with debuffs and slows. By itself the Oracle is a fierce foe, but on a team the Oracle is near unstoppable!

Passive
Malefic Visions
Dealing damage with an ability applies Bad Omen, stacking up to 5 times.

2 Ability
Cosmic Shadow
Target an enemy and channel their cosmic energy into a beam dealing damage to them and those behind them.

3 Ability
Reset Variance
Deal damage to a single target. If it kills, reset ALL your cooldowns.
(Does not give full ult charge on kill)

4 Ability
Time Vortex
Summon Time Vortex that repeatedly slows and deals damage to all enemies inside.

Ultimate
Threads of Fate
Channel for a few seconds to cut your targets current health in half. This fully stacks Bad Omen and the damage is reduced to 10% against bosses.

Notes to clear some things up!

1) Will Oracle be a starter class?
No, the Oracle is only a starter class on PTR so that players can immediately start testing it

2) The passive in game says "Ley Lines" but here you say Malefic Visions, which is it?
Malefic Visions is the passive. Passives work a little wonky and are often baked into the skills code-wise, as is the case with this class. We originally put the mage passive in as a stand in so that it wouldn't error out during testing. This will be updated next build.

3) What is the cross skill?
We are still experimenting with cross skills, there is not a cross skill to test currently on PTR.

4) Are all the animations/skill icons final? A lot of them look barrowed from Ranger.
No, they are not final. During development we do a lot of copying skills and using them as a base to edit instead of building the skills completely from scratch. The skills on PTR for oracle were built this way as well. The skill icons will be changed and animations will change also, specifically the animation for Reset Variance. It is currently using the rain of arrows animation, and that will be changed before release.
