There are 5 types of skills that can be added to the hotbar:
- Base Skills
- Cross Skills
- Heroic Skills
- PvP Skills
3 out of 5 hotbar slots can have skills assigned to them.
During PvP, all 5 slots are usable currently.
Must be out of combat to change or add a skill.
Any skill can be added multiple times, but each instance of it share the same cooldown.
These skills are unlocked by default.

Dash
Description: Rush forward a short distance.
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 30s
Notes:
- Cannot used while Rooted or Snared.
- Also see Goblin Fuel.

Block
Description: Briefly prevent all damage taken. You cannot attack while shielded.
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 1m
- Blocking: Prevents all damage taken. You cannot use abilities while protected.
- +1000% Protection
- Duration: 4s
- Stun: Prevents all actions.
- Duration: 2s

Mark
Description: Single out your target for extra damage.
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 45s
- Marked: Increases damage taken from all sources by 20%
- +20% Incoming Damage
- Duration: 4s

Fester
Description: Reduce incoming healing and deal damage over time.
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 45s
- Fester: Deals damage over time and reduces the Heal Power of incoming healing by 60%
- Attack Power: 100%
- -60% Incoming Healing
- Duration: 4s

Mend
Description: Heal the lowest health Ally nearby.
Heal Power: 15%
Cast Time: 0.25s
Cooldown: 45s

Rush
Description: Create an area that speeds up allies.
Cast Time: Instant
Duration: 5s
Cooldown: 45s
- Swiftness: Increases movement speed.
- Duration: 0.4s

Quickstep
Description: Move forward quickly.
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 5s
Note: Cannot used while Rooted or Snared.
Each class has its own skill of this type and requires rank 10 to unlock.
The following locations treat each owned class as if they were at rank 10:

Seismic Slam
Description: Smash the earth, dealing damage to all nearby enemies.
Attack Power: 150%

Rune Siphon
Description: Place a complex magical rune on your target, dealing damage over time.
Attack Power: 50%
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 25s

- Concentration: Doubles resource generation.
- Duration: 3s

Swift Kick
Description: Surprise your foe, briefly slowing and weakening their attacks.
Attack Power: 80%

- -40% Auto-Attack Speed
- -40% Skill Speed
- -40% Cast Speed

Presence of Mind
Description: Focus your thoughts, increasing Heal Power of all spells you cast and items you use by 35%.

Cooldown: 35s
- Presence of Mind: Increases the Heal Power of all your spells and items by 35%.
- +35% Outgoing Healing
- Duration: 8s

Provoke
Description: Hit an enemy where it hurts, Taunting them. Generates 100% more Aggro from damage.
Attack Power: 125%
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 10s
- Taunt: Temporarily forced to attack a specific enemy.
- Duration: 8s

Disengage
Description: Launch an arrow and leap backwards to put some distance between you and your foes.
Attack Power: 80%
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 15s
- Disengage: Increases movement speed.
- +40% Move Speed
- Duration: 1.5s
Note: Cannot used while Rooted or Snared.

Rend
Description: Slice through your foe's defenses. Lasts longer against Dragons.
Attack Power: 150%
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 25s
- Armor Break: Lowers Armor and Protection.
- -40% Armor
- -40% Protection
- Duration: 4s (6s against Dragonkind)

Lucky Shot
Description: Believe in the heart of the bards and fire a guaranteed Critical Hit.
Attack Power: 130%
Cooldown: 25s

Holy Bolt
Description: Throw a concentrated bolt of light at an enemy, damaging them and applying Regen to the lowest health Ally nearby.
Attack Power: 80%
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 30s
- Regen: Heals over time.
- Heal Power: 15%
- Duration: 6s

Bone Prison
Description: Summon a cage of bone to hold your enemy.
Attack Power: 50%
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 30s
- Snare: Immobilized, preventing movement.
- Duration: 3s

Sprint
Description: Gain a quick burst of speed.
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 20s
- Swiftness: Increases movement speed.
- +65% Move Speed
- Duration: 3.75s

Blizzy's Blizzard Blitz
Description: Summon Blizzy, creating a field of ice that applies a stacking Slow to enemies. When fully slowed, the ice will Freeze them in place.
Attack Power: 100%
Duration: 5s
Cast Time: 0.75s
Cooldown: 30s
- Slow: Lowers movement speed.
- -35% Move Speed
- Effect Duration: 5s
- Max Stacks: 2
- Freeze: Prevent all actions for a short time.
- Effect Duration: 3s
Note: This skill can hit each target up to 10 times.

Menacing Stance
Description: Channel the power within letting all your attacks automatically crit for a short time after.

Cooldown: 25s
- Critical Up: Increases Critical Hit chance.
- +100% Critical Chance
- Duration: 3s
Note: If you move while channeling, this skill is cancelled and put on a cooldown.

Cosmic Reverberation
Description: Mark an enemy with a cosmic reverberation which heals allies who attack the marked target.
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 20s
- Reverberation: Heals those who hit this target.
- Duration: 3s
Notes:
- The attacker heals for 3% of their Attack per hit.
- The damage over time (DoTs) effects do not count as hits for this skill.

Wild Shout
Description: Draw from your inner strength to grant Haste to 5 nearby allies.
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 30s
- Haste Up: Increases Haste.
- +60% Haste
- Duration: 4s
These skills are unlocked by using items that can be purchased, received as a drop, or received as a quest reward.

Summon Werewolf Centurion
Description: Call on a loyal Werewolf Centurion to aid you in battle.
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 2m
- Haste Up: Increases Haste.
- +50% Haste
- Duration: 10s
- Soul Tether: Soul and body are linked to a Necromancer.
- Duration: 5s
- Undead Shackles: This vessel cannot stay in our world for long.
- Duration: 30s
Notes:
- Must have used the Ticket For Your Own Werewolf Centurion to unlock.
- Summon skill info:
- All damage dealing skills apply Soul Tether to a target on hit.
- The summon casts a skill on itself that applies Haste Up, it won't affect other friendly targets.

Flash of Light
Description: Heal your target.
Heal Power: 20%
Cost: 30% of max Resource if applicable
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 15s
Note: Must have used the Flash of Light to unlock.
These skills are only usable in PvP with a separate hotbar that appears in such a scenario.
The following locations allow adding these skills to the hotbar:

Recover
Description: Restore 10% of your Health. Heal Power increases to 20% as your Health decreases.
Heal Power: 10%
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 1m
Note: Heal Power increases by 0.1% per 1% Health missing.

Refresh
Description: Fully restore your Resource.
Heal Power: 100%
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 45s

Recall
Description: After a short channel, return to your base while fully recovering your Health
Heal Power: 100%
Duration: 3s
Cast Time: Instant
Cooldown: 3s
Notes:
- If you move while channeling or take any damage, this skill is cancelled and put on a cooldown.
- The healing from this skill does not build ultimate charge.
