Travelers no longer visit here. I try to catch a glimpse of a passing ship from the top of the lighthouse, yet none pass my view.
The island is quiet, and the skies grow dim. My hope is that I have fulfilled my duties and that the lighthouse may endure.
I am so very weary… I would just like to rest somewhere dark and quiet so I can finish the last of my log entries…
