Lore seems to be getting more and more dangerous with each passing day, <Hero>. You're going to need to prepare yourself with the right weapons and armor. I think it's about time I do my part… <Hero>, I'd like your help with tracking down and reforging two elemental axes, Chillrend and Flamebrand. You should start by talking to Warlic and seeing if he can track down two anceint berserkers by the name of Ymirion and Surtion.

Yulgar wants you to fight Ymirion and Surtion? If you really want to do this, I'll need you to gather reagents to cast a spell to track them down.

If you want me to track down the elemental berserkers, I'll need some reagents first. Travel to Arcangrove and bring me back some Arcanwolf fur, some bits of Brownies, some Carniverling vines, and a few Gorillaphant tusks.

Seeing as the two berserkers are attuned so closely to the elements, I'm going to need elemental energy. The spirits at the world tree should provide you with the elemental energies that I need.

Warlic
With the spell finished I've traced the locations of both of the berserkers. Ymirion is in Frostvale, while Surtion can be found in the Lower Firefield of Ashfall.

Now that we know their locations I don't think you should have any trouble taking down these ancient warmongers.

The Burning Hatred

I think you should probably tackle Surtion first. Remember, he can be located in Ashfall's Lower Firefield.

The Chilling Death

Ymirion can be found in Frostvale, I'll have a cup of hot chocolate waiting for you when you get back to warm you up.

The Fallen Star

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

Greetings, <Hero>. If you're interested in crafting a new weapon, I have just the idea! There are rumors of a fallen star landing in the Yokai Forest, if that's true the star could contain valuable materials to create a powerful weapon. I'll hire some guides to escort us through the forest. Speak to me again when you're ready to travel, <Hero>.

This goes beyond just gathering materials for weapon smithing. You're going to have to slay some of these monsters before Yokai gets overrun by a new apex predator.

Just a Sample

Yulgar
These alien creatures are rather formidable, especially with the whole… Acid for blood thing. However, it seems the comet, and ore on the comet are resistant to that acid. If you could gather samples of the acid it would prove useful in the research of armaments for combating these monsters if they ever show up again.

This should really help out with future encounters against the Xenoscythe.

Killer Queen

I think it's fair to say the big one is their leader. Seemingly a Queen of sorts. If she's the one producing more of these wretched creatures I think it's safe to say you've gotta take her out, <Hero>.

Great work, with the Queen slain it'll be much easier for the ninja of Yokai to clean up this mess of monsters before they spread across the island.

Cosmic Cutter

You did great work today, <Hero>. Meet me back at my Inn and we can discuss what will be required for the creation of a weapon from the materials we found.

That space rock contained two materials that I think would be very useful for a katana. First, we will need five Comet Chunks to create the handle, followed by five of a special ore found on the rock that I'm dubbing Cosmic Ore. You should be able to find them by returning to the Invaded Yokai Forest and slaying those Xenoscythe aliens. I'm sure you don't mind helping out the Ninja of Yokai stop an alien invasion AND get a new weapon.
