Requirements: Must have completed the 'Return Ashen's Key' quest.

Blackjackal and his Defilers try to smuggle fragments of my old staves out of the Dragon Mausoleum almost everyday. Stop him and bring me the Staff Fragments instead for seven days and I will craft my staff for you.
